We suffer when it seems unable to express our feelings, which has a detrimental influence on our mental health and so renders us emotionally unfit. This is a common misunderstanding, which is why modern people seek for therapists to assist them in curing their diseases. This causes mental anguish and has an effect on our overall well-being. Vulnerability is defined as the characteristic or state of being exposed to the risk of being attacked or hurt, either physically or emotionally, according to the dictionary. When I consider vulnerability in the context of the relationships, I feel that vulnerability is taking chances and expressing our inner feelings, even if the consequence is unknown. Even this concept, however, falls short of fully defining vulnerability. However, in my opinion, it is sometimes simpler to describe a notion by defining what it is not. People mistake vulnerability for weakness, which causes us to hide our own emotions rather than express them, but the reality of being vulnerable is that it is a source of strength rather than weakness.
